Alexa Wolff is the Founder and Managing Partner at TrustWorks. Upon receiving her Juris Doctor degree as a Full Merit Trustee Scholar from New York Law School, Alexa moved back to her hometown to practice as a licensed estate planning attorney in the state of Florida. Driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact, Alexa ventured into private practice, specializing in estate planning in South Florida. However, fueled by an unwavering commitment to innovation and client-centric service, she charted a new course by founding TrustWorks. Alexa aspires to revolutionize the landscape of estate planning by offering personalized services to clients nationwide, done from the comfort of their local neighborhood office.  

At TrustWorks, Alexa’s mission is to empower individuals from all walks of life by providing them with the tools and knowledge to protect their loved ones and assets. Through a unique law firm model centered on education and collaboration, TrustWorks aims to extend its reach to communities across the country, effecting positive change one client at a time.

Jesse Berger
CFO

Berger has over 25 years business ownership and progressive management experience. He currently serves as CFO for Haverhill Management, a comprehensive outsourcing service provider to the legal industry. Previously, Berger served as President & COO for ValidiFI, a technology and data services company specializing in decisioning, payments, and risk management solutions.  Berger also held the position of Vice President for Pinkerton where he oversaw the global operations and strategic direction of the screening division. Before that, Berger was CEO of Navicus, a national provider of employment screening and talent management software services, and was recognized by 'Inc.' magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in America for four consecutive years. Berger has completed his Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University and graduated with a BS in Finance from The American University in Washington, DC.
