Natalie Green Hosea serves as the Regional Partner for TrustWorks in Georgia, leveraging her extensive experience to steer and inspire local attorneys in delivering top-tier legal services. Based in Atlanta, Natalie is celebrated for her holistic approach and adeptness in guiding clients through estate planning and probate matters since founding her own firm in 2005. Transitioning primarily to estate planning and probate law in 2015, Natalie draws from her early career to identify rare issues, empowering clients with crucial knowledge to protect their financial interests through strategic business structuring and trust creation.
Natalie's personal journey of raising a special-needs child provides her with invaluable insight into the challenges confronting similar families, reflected in her membership in the Academy of Special Needs Planners and her commitment to tailored services. Beyond her legal expertise, Natalie actively engages with her community and professional associations, holding positions such as Vice Chair of the Cherokee County Board of Ethics and participating in various sections of the Georgia Bar Association.
Licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Georgia and Tennessee, including both states' Supreme Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Natalie embodies a fusion of legal acumen and financial strategy.
