Marioly graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in political science and went on to earn her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. During her legal studies, she gained valuable experience through her participation in the Disability Inclusion and Advocacy Law Clinic. There, she provided legal counseling and advocacy for individuals with disabilities. She handled guardian advocacy cases and a variety of matters involving discrimination in housing, employment, public accommodations, and government services. Additionally, she served as the Executive Lead Articles Editor for the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law.
Marioly’s passion for estate planning is deeply influenced by her upbringing in a hardworking family from Cuba. She understands firsthand the challenges families can face without a proper estate plan in place, which drives her commitment to helping clients protect what they have worked so hard to achieve and secure their family’s future.
In her free time, Marioly enjoys playing beach tennis and experimenting with new recipes. Having grown up in Weston, Florida, and recently moved back from Miami, she is excited to serve the community she knows so well.
