Managing Attorney

Mercedes Fagan, a licensed attorney in Georgia, now leads the TrustWorks Georgia office as Managing Attorney.

Mercedes embarked on her legal career right after graduating summa cum laude from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor's in Political Science. She then attended Vermont Law School, where she honed her understanding of fundamental legal principles.

During her time in law school, Mercedes served as a judicial extern for Honorable Judge Pandora Palmer at the Superior Court of Henry County. This experience further solidified her expertise and passion for the law.

Mercedes’s true calling lies in estate planning. She is dedicated to helping clients achieve peace of mind through meticulous and personalized estate planning solutions, where she continues her commitment to excellent legal service and client satisfaction.
